The job i have to analyse is Job No. 23
1st I'll start with the soft skills needed
1.Managing. This will be easily gotten by the module MGMT7013 - Management & Organisation
2.Communication and teamwork.This all cit students should have from the module CMOD6001 - Creativity,Innovation&Teamwork and JOUR6001 - Communication and CIVL7003 - Communication.
Now for the important computing skills.
1.Unix / MAC experience which can be gotten from SOFT8007 - Distributed Objects .
2.Knowledge of SQL Servers and Lutos Notes.There is nothing for Lutos notes but for SQL you can use COMP8001 - Adv. Server-Side Web Dev. , COMP7027 - Database Implementation and SOFT7002 - Database Design & Programming.
3.Competent in Perl scripting.There are only 3 things that could do this but this the best one COMP7014 - Perl Scripting.
Also work experiences is necessary for the job.
There is also nothing for QA in computing but for engineering instead.
